Collection of Certificates
Graduation Certificate
Graduation certificates are available for collection in person by presenting your Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) at the Registry Office. You may also collect the graduation certificate at The Auditorium on the day of Graduation Ceremony. Details are as follows:
Collection Point on 4 & 6 December 2023
- Venue: The Auditorium, 2/F, Lee Quo Wei Academic Building, Yuen Campus
- Opening Hours: 10:00am-5:45pm
(To avoid long queuing time in the evening, please collect your graduation certificate as soon as possible after you have attended your session of the Graduation Ceremony.)
Collection Point from October 2023 to 1 December 2023 and from 7 December 2023 onwards
- Venue: Registry Office, Room N101, 1/F, Lo Hui Kit San Building (N), Yuen Campus
- Opening Hours: 9:00am-12:30pm; 1:45-5:45pm (Monday to Friday, except public holidays)
You may collect it in person or authorise a representative to collect it by presenting a duly signed authorisation form (REG Form 19a / REG Form 19b), original/copy of your HKID and the HKID of the authorised representative.
Please note that the graduation certificate, academic transcript and letter of certification for graduation will be withheld if you have any outstanding fees/payments with the University. You have to settle the outstanding fees/payments before you are allowed to collect the concerned academic credentials.
Academic Transcript & Letter of Certification for Graduation
Each graduate is entitled to a complimentary academic transcript and letter of certification for graduation. For graduates who wish to apply for extra copies, please complete and submit the application form (e-form) to the Registry.
Awards and Co-curricular Achievements Transcript (ACT)
The Awards and Co-curricular Achievements Transcript (ACT) (please click here for details), which further supports students to create a full record of their participation and achievement in co-curricular learning activities throughout their period of study in the University, will be available for collection in person by presenting your HKID on and after the day of Graduation Ceremony with details as follows:
Collection Point on 4 & 6 December 2023 (same arrangement for collection of the Graduation Certificate)

- Opening Hours: 10:00am-5:45pm
Collection Point from 7 December 2023 onwards
- Venue: Student Affairs Office, Room M603, 6/F, M Building, Yuen Campus
- Opening Hours: 9:00am-12:30pm; 1:45-5:45pm (Monday to Friday, except public holidays)
Collection by a Representative
Graduates may also authorise a representative to collect the ACT by presenting a duly signed authorisation form (downloadable here), original/copy of their HKID and the HKID of the authorised representative.
Remark: ACT with NO records in all categories will NOT be printed
