Registration for Attendance

Due to the limited capacity of the College Hall, each graduate will only be allowed to invite ONE guest to attend the Graduation Ceremony at the Hall. Link for live broadcast will be available (and continue be accessible after the ceremony) on this website for the guests to witness the graduation on the Ceremony day.

Graduates are required to confirm attendance of the Ceremony on or before Sunday, 5 November 2023 (11:59pm) by clicking HERE. Graduates who do not complete the registration by the deadline would be regarded as NOT attending the Ceremony.

The University may consider issuing ONE extra guest e-ticket to the graduates, subject to the availability of seats in the College Hall which will be contingent on the registered number of graduates and guests attending the concerned session. Graduates who wish to get one extra guest e-ticket should indicate the said request through online registration (no late request after completion of online registration would be accepted). The extra guest e-tickets, if available, will be allocated by drawing lots after the close of online registration. Graduates will be informed of the result in due course.

Upon completion of registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your University Outlook account. You can view your submission record and make changes by logging into the system HERE again before the deadline.

Guest e-tickets will be sent to the registered graduates by email in late November 2023.
