Congratulations to your graduation!

On behalf of the University, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the Graduation Ceremony 2023 to be held on 4 December 2023 (Monday) and 6 December 2023 (Wednesday). Attached please find the invitation card for your retention. Please refer to the Graduation Website 2023 for more details.

1. Registration for Attendance of Graduation Ceremony 2023

Please register online at https://ecampus.hsu.edu.hk/uss/ on or before Sunday, 5 November 2023 (by 11:59pm) to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be sent to your University email account upon successful completion of registration. Please be reminded that graduates who do not complete the registration by the deadline will be regarded as NOT attending the Ceremony.

2. Guest e-tickets

Due to the limited seating capacity of the College Hall, each graduate will be allowed to invite one guest to attend the Graduation Ceremony at the Hall.  The guest e-ticket will be sent to the registered graduates by email in late November 2023. The University may consider issuing ONE extra guest e-ticket to the graduates, subject to the availability of seats in the College Hall which will be contingent on the registered number of graduates and guests attending the concerned session. Graduates who wish to get one extra guest e-ticket should indicate the said request through online registration (no late request after completion of online registration would be accepted). The extra guest e-tickets, if available, will be allocated by drawing lots after the close of online registration. Graduates will be informed of the result in due course.

3. Academic Regalia

Graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to dress in full academic regalia (with gown, hood and mortarboard). Please click here for the specifications and details of purchase/rental of academic regalia.

4. Collection of Certificates

Graduation certificates are available for collection in person by presenting your HKID at the Registry Office (except for Summer Term graduates, whose certificate will be ready in late October). You may also collect the graduation certificate together with the Awards and Co-curricular Achievements Transcript (ACT) at the Auditorium on the day of Graduation Ceremony. 5. Graduate Employment Survey 2023

To facilitate the planning and development of the University, the Student Affairs Office (SAO) would like to invite you to complete the Graduate Employment Survey before you register online for attending the Graduation Ceremony.
